We want you to love your Deannax purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy Overview

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns are subject to a processing fee. The specific amount will be calculated and displayed during the return portal process.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We are not liable for any return shipment delays or lost packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Instructions

  1. Visit our returns portal using the link above.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to access your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
  4. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions via email.
  5. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags, and use the provided shipping label.
  6. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued by us.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, please select the exchange option during the return portal process.
  • If the requested size for exchange is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will gladly assist you and provide a prepaid return label for these cases.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the country are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only, excluding original and return shipping charges.
